PACE Rebates
PACE rebates can help lower the costs of efficiency and electrification upgrades for your business. These rebates are for all businesses in Boulder County, regardless of size, and have different requirements than our Small Business Grants. When you use a PACE rebate, you pay the project costs upfront and then receive a rebate from PACE once your project is complete.
Rebates are available for:
- Cooling and heating (HVAC) equipment like heat pumps
- Electric water heaters
- Building electrification and infrastructure upgrades
- Restaurant equipment
- And more!
PACE Small Business Grants
PACE Small Business Grants include:
- Efficiency Grants for Refrigeration, Dishwashers, and Ice Machines
- Kitchen Electrification Grant
- Electric Landscaping Equipment Grant
- Food Truck Electrification Grants
Utility and Municipality Incentives
PACE advisors can also help connect you with grants and rebates from area utilities and municipalities.
Incentives Include:
- Rebates from Xcel Energy and Efficiency Works
- Grants to help with zero waste ordinances
- Other municipality specific rebates and grants
