Rebates and Incentives

Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE) has worked with over 2,100 businesses in Boulder County, helping them access rebates and grants to make meaningful changes toward sustainability and electrification. Our advisors also help businesses make smart choices that improve their operations and reduce their environmental impact. PACE provides rebates, incentives, and advising support in energy efficiency and electrification, waste reduction, water efficiency, and transportation. We have additional rebates and grants available for owners of equity priority buildings and small business owners in Boulder County.

2026 Limits – Standard Rebates

  • $40,000 per Building
  • $80,000 per Owner

2026 Limits – Equity Priority Rebates

  • $80,000 per Building
  • $160,000 per Owner

PACE reserves the right to waive or adjust limits on a case-by-case basis. Rebate amounts and availability can vary, rebates are available on a first come, first serve basis while funding is available, and pre-approval might be needed. Businesses are required to contact an advisor prior to the purchase of qualifying measures to confirm funding availability, ensure that your project meets the eligibility requirements and to schedule an energy assessment/walk through of the project to verify existing equipment.

Funding for PACE’s rebates and incentives comes from Boulder County’s Sustainability Tax, the City of Boulder’s Climate Tax, and the City of Louisville.
