New Commercial EnergySmart Custom Efficiency Rebates!
Commercial property owners/managers or businesses located in the city of Boulder can now earn incentives for efficiency upgrades that are not a part of the existing prescriptive rebate program. Custom Efficiency rebates promote the implementation of electric and natural gas saving measures by reducing project costs.

Many of you have worked with us to streamline sustainability services and make it easier for you to access advising, do-it-yourself resources and financial incentives. As part of this effort, the 10forChange program is transitioning into the newly expanded PACE service. 2015
Justin's starts composting
In its quest to deliver high-quality nut butter and nutrition to the public, Justin's is growing fast and so is its waste stream. Justin's worked with Business Sustainability Advisor Leigh Cushing to identify opportunities, create custom signage, access a $250 incentive towards new bins and set up a strategy for recycling and composting for the company. Working with PACE has reignited the conversation about sustainable packaging at the company and Justin's is currently working towards zero waste certification through PACE.
